This is our Inner Emotional Healing 1 on 1 Packages that are designed to help you heal from childhood wounds and past traumas. Looking after our inner child is really important because emotional hurt from our childhood can impact us as we grow up and affect our relationships, how we feel about ourselves, and our overall mental health.
